Former PLA generals expelled from China’s Communist Party

China’s ruling Communist Party has accused former military leaders Zhang Youxia and Liu Zhenli of factionalism and disloyalty. State media said they were expelled from the party and the armed forces following a Politburo meeting on Monday.
