Thai teenage guitar sensation wins America’s Got Talent

Thailand’s teenage guitar sensation Nene Royal has won the US$1 million top prize on America’s Got Talent. Rattikarn Amloy, better known as Nene Royal, sang and played guitar on a rendition of “Seven Nation Army” by The White Stripes for her final performance. She was crowned the winner on Wednesday, capping a run that drew nationwide support and made her a Thai superstar.
