Thailand’s Queen Suthida flies a fighter jet

Thailand’s Queen Suthida completed her first solo flight in a JAS 39C Gripen fighter jet at an airbase in southern Thailand on Thursday. King Maha Vajiralongkorn watched from the ground as she took to the skies, later presenting her with a Gripen Order Golden Patch in honour of her accomplishment.
