An independent Hong Kong bookstore that has shut its doors six weeks after a national security police raid, drew long queues of customers on its final day. As the Have a Nice Stay bookstore wrapped up four years in business on Sunday afternoon, the queues wound through a dim staircase in a Prince Edward tenement building as some customers waited up to 45 minutes to enter the third-floor shop. The closure followed a mid-July operation by national security officers, who raided the shop alongside nearby Greenfield Bookstore over allegations of acts with seditious intent.
