China Bans Export of Dual-Use Items to Japan over Taiwan Remarks 

China says it is banning exports of dual-use items to Japan that can serve military purposes, saying the move is in response to Japanese Prime Minister’s Takaichi Sanae’s comments in November about a possible intervention in a Taiwan contingency.
