Hai Kun Submarine Contractor Fined for Delayed Delivery 

Delays to Taiwan’s first domestically built submarine, called the Hai Kun, have triggered contract penalties for its builder. CSBC Corporation will now face daily fines of over US$6,000 per day. The vessel is preparing for test dives as part of its sea trials.
