The Chinese regime is the mastermind behind many criminial activites, including those committed by the North Koreans. They stole trade secret, trained North Korean cyber criminals and allowed Kim Jung-un to profit from these cyber attacks. It’s an uneven war because it cost the criminals nothing to commit the crime but American tax money millions or billions to investiage and prosecute the bad actors. In the end, the real criminals are not caught. The Chinese communist regime is the only regime in the world that has commercialized criminal activites as industries.
