China Can’t Afford Aid, Angola Explodes in Riots, Chinese Seized Everywhere, Shops Madly Looted

Violence recently broke out in southwestern Angola, with large crowds taking to the streets and looting businesses. Chinese-owned companies and shops were among the main targets of the unrest.
