For years, China has been flying its jets near Japan’s air space, which Japan responds to by scrambling its jets. It’s not clear what China is playing at by doing this, but we discuss some possible reasons. Joining us in this episode is Dr. Robert Eldridge, an expert on Japan’s security and diplomacy and a senior researcher for the Japan Forum
