Xi Jinping made his first international trip to attend the SCO summit. On the day Xi returned to China, a series of fires erupted in Hunan province’s capital city Changsha. The China telecom building went up in flames. China’s fires and explosions seem to precede the Communist Party’s major events announcing power shifts and personnel changes. Is the Changsha fire related to the Party’s upcoming 20th Congress and power struggles?
