Matsu island: Taiwan suspects Chinese ships cut internet cables

Matsu island is part of Taiwan, but lies just off the coast of mainland China. The residents of the island have been cut off from the outside world since their internet cables running under the sea were cut. Taipei has refrained from directly placing blame, but some officials believe that Beijing cut the cables.
