Chinese state-owned Fujian Jinhua was criminally charged by the US Department of Justice for stealing the intellectual property of Idaho-based Micron Technology Inc. The US charged that Fujian Jinhua conspired with Taiwanese chipmaker United Microelectronics Corp. to steal Micron’s trade secrets.
