China Threatens to NUKE Japan (Repeatedly)

Japan has said an attack by China on Taiwan would be a threat to its national security, and that Japan would come to Taiwan’s defense in the event of an invasion. Now there is a video circulating in China that threatens Japan with nuclear war if it tries to defend Taiwan. Does this video have approval from the highest levels of government, or is this just a threat from some local communist party committees who aren’t thinking about the ramifications of making such a threat?
