China’s new Aircraft carrier is like an elevator without a motor

China is building its third aircraft carrier and it is expected to be launched this year. Perhaps inspired by James Bond 007, China is building a gigantic type 003 aircraft carrier which can work to its benefit when trying to level the playing field with the United States.
